Our Executive Directors, Office Staff, Mentors, Volunteers and Steering Committee Members are very passionate and dedicated to making an impact in the lives of fatherless boys, single moms and the Kingdom of God.
Jeff Master is the founder of Flight36 and is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the ministry. His passion to care for fatherless boys is ultimately the drive behind the mission of Flight36.
Jeff was raised in a single family home after the death of his father in the Vietnam War four months before he was born. At the age of 36, God gave Jeff the vision for Flight36 to prevent future generations of fatherless boys from suffering the effects of father-absence. Jeff turned his loss into his passion to help others without fathers or male role models find healing, hope and affirmation.
Jeff resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife Carolyn.

Michael Hogue is the Ministry Director of Flight36. Michael's responsibilities include overseeing the development of our boy's Leadership Academy and Discipleship Training as well as contribution to the overall direction of the ministry.
Michael resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife Jennifer and his two boys, Jonah and Jesse.
