1. What is the mission of Flight36?
  Flight36 exists to provide fatherless boys, ages 9-13, with godly role models whom they can grow with in healthy, affirming relationships while encouraging them to fly higher on their spiritually journey with God.
   
2. How much time is invested in mentoring the boys?
  Each boy enrolled in the program is provided with over 40 opportunities each year to participate in the events, group meetings, Bible studies and community service projects hosted by the Flight36 Staff and our sponsors.
   
3. How does a mother enroll her son?
  There is an enrollment process in place that begins when a single mother or guardian completes the online application.
   
4. How much does it cost to join Flight36?
  There is no cost for boys and their mothers to join Flight36.
   
5. How does Flight36 recruit mentors?
  Men that are interested in joining our crew by volunteering their time and talents to the ministry must complete an 8-page application and submit a processing fee of $150.00 to Flight36.

The mentor application includes the following:

- Character Covenant
- Confidentiality Form
- Employee Reference Form
- Personal Reference Form
- Personal Interest Survey

   
6. How does my church start a Flight Chapter?
  Flight36 partners with churches interested in having a Flight36 Chapter to benefit young boys in their church. The church is required to select key leadership and submit all applicant forms and have each leader pay a nominal processing fee.
   
7. How many members are in a Flight Chapter?
  Each Flight Chapter will vary in member size. Our ideal Flight Chapter will consist of 2 leaders, 8-10 mentors and 12-15 boys.
   
8. How can I support Flight36? How can I get started?
 
Prayer Support:
Flight36 needs individuals who are willing to uphold the ministry in prayer on a regular basis.

Ministry Support:
Flight36 is looking for individuals to use their skills to minister to the families we serve. We are currently seeking chapter leaders and mentors.

Financial Support:
- Navigators Program (sponsorship of a boy)
- Attend our annual Bowling-For-Boys event
- Attend our Flight36 Charity Golf Tournament
- Participate in the Flight36 5K Distance Project
- Attend the Annual Flight36 Charity Gala
