Our goal is to start Flight Chapters all over the country, helping churches mentor young boys in their own congregations. Churches interested in starting a chapter will conduct personal interviews and select key leadership from within their church to work directly with the staff of Flight36.
The following image represents a typical chapter structure. Each Flight Chapter will consist of 2 leaders, 8-10 mentors and 12-15 boys. (Chapters may vary in size depending on the size of the church body.)

The church will be required to submit all applicant forms of those wanting to lead and mentor, and each member will be required to pay a nominal processing fee. Prior to the chapter launch each leader and mentor must attend a four-hour workshop called “Basic Training” either online or at the Flight Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Note: Under extenuating circumstances our Executive Staff will travel to your location upon request. |

| The training includes goal setting, fundraising, marketing, recruiting, reviewing the policies and procedures manual, creating an event schedule and training on using the Flight36 Control Tower which tracks your progress and the boys enrolled in your chapter. Ongoing support and materials will be available on an as needed basis. |
