Look around your church. Do you see boys growing up without dads? Are their moms struggling, doing it on their own? They need you. You need Flight36.
Flight36 is ready to partner with your church to make a profound impact on the lives of boys being raised in a father-absent home. We know we can break the cycle of abandonment and loss of trust, and raise up a new generation of strong, confident, committed young men.
Our successful mentoring program calls upon men from within the church community to guide boys in healthy, affirming relationships while encouraging them to fly higher on their spiritual journey with God.
Flight36 can’t replace missing fathers, but we pursue the activities that fathers and sons enjoy together: building model rockets, going to ballgames, playing sports or going biking. We also engage the boys in:
Small group Bible studies.
Weekly roundtable discussions.
Community service projects.
Our goal is to start Flight36 chapters all over the country. When you come on board, the Flight36 staff will:
Work with you to identify and train key leaders.
Guide you in recruiting a group of 8-10 mentors.
Offer 8-hours of mentor training either online, on-site or at the Flight Center in Florida.
Provide reference materials on goal-setting, fundraising, marketing, and event scheduling.
Give you access to our Resource Center that is packed with curriculum and study guides.
Establish your own Control Tower, which tracks your progress and the boys enrolled in your chapter.
Remember, this is all offered in a turnkey package that’s tested and ready to go. The Flight36 ministry exists, simply, to reach the hearts of boys whose fathers are absent, and to help those boys grow into the men God created them to be.
Please, won’t you join us?
