Our goal is to help churches start Flight36 Chapters to benefit young boys and single mothers in their own congregations.

Churches interested in starting a chapter will conduct personal interviews and select key leadership from within their church to work directly with the staff of Flight36. The church will be required to submit all applicant forms and have each leader attend Flight School.

Prior to the launch, all chapter leaders and mentors must attend a mandatory 8-hour "Mentor Training Workshop” either online, on-site or at the Flight Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. The training includes goal setting, fundraising, marketing, recruiting, reviewing the policies and procedures manual, creating an event schedule and training on how to use the Flight36 Control Tower and other various tools.
